I understand why the name is cawlm now. It was the most relaxed pet visit I’ve ever experienced. I took my two cats and dog to get there vaccination’s and exams for international travel. From the first phone call to leaving, the best experience ever. My fur babies are cleared to travel with me which is a huge stress relief. Thank you Dr Glass.

100% recommended! The entire process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. They helped us with our puppy's international travel health certificate, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and treated our puppy with so much care and love. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent service. We will definitely come back whenever we need veterinary care or travel documentation again!

CAWLM has been taking care of our oldest maltipoo’s regular check ups and boarding for just a little over a year. Over this time, I have become more and more impressed with Dr. Glass’ level of care. I was used to boarders telling me that my dog refused to eat when I had to travel, Until I boarded him at CAWLM for the first time and Dr. Glass told me she figured out that my dog likes to be hand fed. I really wanted to use this veterinarian as my pet’s primary provider and was excited to go to a doctor that also practices holistic veterinary care as well as traditional. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. My appointment was for 12:15, I showed up at 12, knowing that I’d have new patient docs to fill out. The BEST vet, groomer, boarding Houston, Texas has to offer!! I have a very high maintenance chihuahua with some trauma experienced with previous owners and the staff at Cawlm are so patient, understanding and attentive. Where other vets or boarding facilities have suggested medication or muzzles, Dr. Glass and staff have taken their time to get Carli feeling comfortable and being the sweet girl she truly is.
