I received a discontinuance letter today via mail, basically it's due to missed appointment's? We missed 3 appointments due to covid exposure(cleared each time)🤔 one in February, April, an the last one May 24th all of which I called an cancelled.
I was a patient of a long respected Doctor that retired. I was apprehensive to be transferred to a new doctor. I am so pleased that I had no need to worry. Dr. Cawley is a wonderful doctor. He has a great bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable and really listens. He makes sure your questions are answered and is great at working with you to find a treatment that works for you. I never feel like a number. A doctor with compassion that is still a great medical doctor is hard to find!
I scheduled an appointment and I had called the location I went to my appointment at and they said it was the wrong location when I got there. I never given an specific location so this made me late, because I had to drive from one side of town to another just to tell me I had to reschedule like I don't have a job and can just take days off!! Be more specific on where the appointment are since y'all have so many offices!
