Noah and his team are absolute professionals and did such a great job taking my vision and making it a reality on an awkward unusable room to the perfect office. Work was scheduled and executed on the expected timeline, demo was isolated and cleaned daily, each specialty contractor booked with no wait time between each step. When we discovered a leak in our home, our insurance company suggested using Cawkwell Construction for our repairs. We could not have been happier! Noah came in with a reasonable bid and was able to start the job fairly quickly. Noah is easy to talk to and he explains everything in detail. He is extremely organized and has a great group of guys working for him that are very talented at their craftsmanship. This is the second time I've had a repair done with Noah at a commercial building in Vista, CA. Noah is responsive, talented, and efficient. He quotes and schedules jobs quickly, and both times I've been extremely satisfied with his work. He explains things in a way a laymen (like me!) can understand and projects turn out the way we expected (both structurally and price-wise). I will absolutely use Cawkwell again in the future.
