Our building had problematic leak issues. CAWC, waterproofing and restoration was very supportive, timely, and a pleasure to work with from initial walk-through to completing the repairs. Their team was wonderful, and really good to work with. I would highly recommend them for your projects.

I am a Board member in charge of maintenance projects in a 70+ unit condo and, after interviewing and obtaining bids from other waterproofing companies, the decision was made to award two contracts to Roy of CAWC. The best evidence of homeowners’ satisfaction were the many positive comments received not only about the work being performed, but also the courtesy and cleanliness of the crews. I manage a 37 unit condominium building in San Mateo County. All walkways, stairs, and unit balconies needed to be waterproofed. CAWC's crew and services were outstanding! The entire job was done in a timely manner with special attention to specific details. They were very professional and cooperative with all the tenants.
