Mr. Michael Drea My experience with Beth Caviness has been the one of the most dismal and enervating of 20 years. Being one of five heirs to my Mother and Father's estate,My sister has ignored their wishes in two of their wills that the residue of their estate go the five of us in equal shares. No proof whatsoever, that she apparently set up a bank account, leaving her as sole beneficiary at my Mother's death.
