Excellent service. I don't believe these guys have it in them to rip anyone off. I won't go anywhere else. Returning from a long country trip, a nagging fault in the front suspension/steering suddenly became much worse. They were able to give me an emergency appointment the next morning. They found and repaired the fault that had eluded other repairers in the past, had it fixed the same day and at a very reasonable price. Caves Beach Automotive are completely out of their depth with anything aside from minor servicing. My father in laws Utility was suffering from gear shifting issues. Caves Beach Automotive without true diagnosis threw a clutch master cylinder at it. This didn’t fix the problem. They then threw a clutch slave cylinder at it. This didn’t fix the problem. They then charged an arm and leg to replace the clutch. My father in law complained the clutch didn’t feel right after replacement and was told it’s normal. 6 months later the... read more
