Receptionist was rude to my friend then threatened legal action against her for posting a review sharing her experience.
The receptionist was very polite and nice (Indian lady) as well as Dr. Michael.
I attended a consultation with Dr. Zelko Pecotich due to ongoing pain and discomfort in my wrists, fingers, and neck — symptoms that are concerning and impact my daily functioning. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons: 1. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this medical centre. After being advised to call ahead to check if appointments were running on time, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes before having to hang up to ensure I arrived punctually for my 10:45 AM appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed that the doctor was running 15 minutes late and that I was next in line. However, 45 minutes later I was still waiting.
