I’m so grateful to this medical center for the care they always show my kids. The receptionist (Jule) is always so understanding and accommodating, which makes booking and visits so much easier as a parent. They really do try their best to fit us in whenever possible. Dr. Ravi is wonderfully gentle, kind, and always gives the right advice. Thank you both for making every visit such a positive experience.

Used to be a great practice and had been going here for over five years. Booked in for a procedure with the nurse and was told I needed to have a short consult with a doctor which was fine. My appointment (which I had to change work commitments and wait a fortnight for) was cancelled an hour beforehand by Dr Michael Cudjoe because I was a "new patient". I'm unsure why he's unable to read the thorough notes taken by the previous doctor, and given that the wonderful nurses there are the ones who actually administer the procedu... read more
Receptionist was rude to my friend then threatened legal action against her for posting a review sharing her experience.
The receptionist was very polite and nice (Indian lady) as well as Dr. Michael.
