Steve sorted out an issue we had with our cockstop and also came out to us last minute to sort out a blockage. Both times he was great - friendly, great comms and sorted both issues efficiently and at a reasonable rate. Lovely guy, would definitely use Steve again and recommend to others.
I employed Steve Goodwin on April 3rd 2025 to repair the switch on a pump. He replaced the pump and took the still-working pump away with him and refused to give it back. He charged me half as much again as his quote. When I complained he shouted at me and bullied me. He refused to give me an invoice at all. The pump supplies a disabled shower and still does not work properly.Do not trust this man.
Steve was brilliant, asked all the right questions, arrived within a couple of hours of me calling and did an amazing job replacing our old kitchen tap. He's also a really lovely guy and I'd really recommend him!
Very nice man, profession quick and well priced and well prepared i would recommend too anyone looking for a plumber
