Lovely supportive environment, with great coaches! Prior to joining earlier this year I hadn't been a gym member in about 10 years. Caversham Health Club has a great community feel, everyone is very friendly and the coaches take the time to get to know you. I've really improved my fitness and enjoy a varied selection of classes.

Joining Caversham Health Club has been one of the greatest investments I have ever made in myself. It is the best gym I have ever joined. The highlights for me are definitely the classes, with my favourites being the boxing and weight lifting classes. I recently also tried Reformer Pilates for the first time in their lovely new studio and enjoyed it a lot! A lovely friendly gym, which is very community based. I joined last November, drawn by the huge range of classes on offer, & then got totally smitten with the Reformer pilates. More recently, I have upgraded to IST+ & I cant tell you enough, what a difference it has made to me. Not only have I met some truly lovely people, My body composition has changed & my fitness levels have drastically improved. My mindset has changed too - IST+ comes with Nutritional advice. Stayed in Caversham for the weekend. On the Friday the team sold me a 1-day pass for £12.50 but on the Saturday, they told me that they don’t do day passes and refused me entry. The guy was called Paul and no amount of reasoning would change his mind. Not happy

Isaac and Sophie have created a lovely community in this little club. Super convenient for those living in Caversham, it offers lots of classes that tend to get fully booked. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place where you can work out but also enjoy before/ afterwards (showers, sauna, reception area which offers hot drinks and fruit, and most importantly: lovely staff and community feel!)
