August 31, 2014 Had a Great Week of Leave went to Tampa Bay Rays Vs. Baltimore Orioles Baseball Game, Went to Washington Nationals Vs. Philadelphia Philies Baseball game, Went to Natural Bridge, Virginia and saw the Caverns, Lace Falls, and Cedar Creek Trail, and went to University Of Maryland Vs. James Madison University Football game, Now getting ready to go to TBS, my new unit.
CLOSED! Waste of a drive! Please update hours so it states closed no open till 5pm
Underground Wonder! We visited this cavern to see it’s lime stone formations after exploring The Natural Bridge State Park. We were able to explore the underground compartments and various cavern features during the 45-minute guided tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. We really enjoyed the wildness of this cavern system. This place is worth a visit.
While our tour guide was awesome the tour was anything but. I counted up to 30 people in our group and it's a small cave so it made for an uncomfortable experience. We didn't really see much other than the backs of people's heads and the few chances we got a clear view of any formations felt rushed due to the size of our group.
