I absolutely love Dr. Winters and his staff at Cavern city orthodontists. They are very professional and take the time to explain issues and possible treatments, leaving you as a patient well informed, regardless of what decision you make. Everyone is supportive and kind, taking a true interest in the work, progress, and health of each individual patient. If I could give Dr. Waters and his staff a 10 star review I would. He took the time to work a solution to one of my child's jaw and teeth issues left by another orthodontist. He worked with me in helping find a surgeon that was trustworthy and knew how to handle my son's needs. I was in contact with multiple surgeons, went to multiple consults and Dr. Waters and his staff made the records necessary available to each one of them until we found the right one. Let me start off this review by saying how kind Dr. Water’s staff is!! I have been a patient for a couple of months now and each visit to his office has always been a positive one!! On installment day, his staff explained again what they would be doing for that day’s visit. I have had my braces on now for a couple months and I can tell my teeth are getting corrected in the process. Mrs. Kim, Yevett, Dr. Waters, and Maddy are so sweet! I would highly recommend using Dr. Water’s for all your orthodontics needs! 🦷
