Terrible and shocking care of duty. A man that resides there, fell over and hit his head and body quite badly. An ambulance had to be called. I rang them to ask for assistance. For Medicare card etc.... the reply i got was he does this all the time, just bring him home, I'm looking after 23 other patients and then hung up on me! If I could give -100 stars, I would!!!!! Disgraceful.
This place is a nursing home for slightly disadvantaged people. There's a lot of effort that goes into making it comfortable for the patients, to keep them well fed and happy.
