I have recently refurbished my apartment in Marylebone. After much searching of various providers I came across Cavendish de Vere, based in Sutton, South London. I would like to extend a very grateful appreciation to Hughie, who was helpful in the decision making process, and also to their fitters, Hassan and his apprentice, who were almost astonishingly professional! Absolutely disgraceful, no customer service or consideration shown. Instead, the potential client was blamed for the company's miscommunication and was spoken to appallingly. I wouldn't consider giving this business my money and only wish I had not wasted my time. In response to your comment, what sort of an establishment makes statements about someone being entitled; you know nothing about me or my circumstances. Delighted with our new stair and landing carpet! It’s absolutely beautiful and a fraction of the price compared to high street options. Rob and Hughie were fantastic—so responsive and helpful, ensuring delivery right before Christmas. The carpet fits perfectly with no alterations required, and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend this supplier for their excellent service and value for money!
