This is a great condo community! I have lived in the area for about 10 years and only have good things to report. This building is quiet. It is kept very clean and the grounds are beautifully maintained. My neighbors are all kind and respectful. I can walk to the metro. I can even walk to Target, Harris Teeter, the mall, countless restaurants and parks. Parking is also a cinch and getting into DC takes minutes by car. I love this area and I love The Cavendish. It has to be one of the best kept secrets in Arlington.
