Excelente lugar.
The men were extremely nice and helpful but noticed that the females seemed annoyed by all of the Cowboy Carter fans. I will be back to order a custom pair of boots and will seek out the older gentleman who was more than happy to assist me while there. He was passionate about the merchandise and patient with his time.
Very bummed they stopped carrying any horseback riding stuff. I thought I heard they stopped and ran in with my daughter to find new paddock boots only to find its true and absolutely no horseback riding gear. Its frustrating because it was the closest store to our area to buy. Sure, they have cowboy/girl boots galore but thats it. Now I'll have to drive far or order online. Its frustrating 🤦♀️
I was initially going to visit this location, but after seeing several reviews regarding racism, prejudice, and/or discrimination I decided to try another store nearby; Laredo’s. I think it would do Cavender’s well to address these comments through their review page as they have addressed all other comments. It is concerning to me that a business does not want to try to remedy their perceived bias of discrimination and/or racism at their establishment. Do better.
