This is a great store and the staff is always super friendly and helpful
The "Trail Boss" himself greeted me when I got lost on the aisles looking for an item, then walked me to where it should have been. After a moment of bewilderment, he found the new location and helped me select the best one. Great service! I love this tie.
What an awesome experience!!! Took my son to my his 1st "real" cowboy hat. The team was so patient and helpful. Left with a custom fitted beauty!!! * Big thanks to the lady who steams and molds each hat to perfection., she's a real talent.
