Awful company, terrible customer service, and their “rewards program” is an absolute joke, bought boots and should’ve got points and I’ve emailed them for a month and they have done nothing but give me the run around or just stop answering bc their a sorry joke of a business, over some measly points they promise you with an account
I switched from Boot Barn to Cavender’s because of their rewards program, and unfortunately it has not worked anything like what was advertised. I own the largest ranch in North Alabama, and my ranch hands and I have been shopping at Cavender’s since November. The staff at our local store have always been polite and helpful, but the rewards program simply does not function. The most confusing return policy! Why do I have to fill out a form to submit with my return? Reached out to customer service several times for assistance and no one has responded. I just want to return the WRONG jeans that I received! After this experience/headache and lack of care from the company I will never shop here again!
