Very friendly staff, beautiful store.
Today was my first time shopping at Cavender's. I went there with my grandchildren to buy them some jeans for school. My grandson wanted Wrangler jeans. All the signs in the kids section, as well as a lot of signage throughout the rest of the store, said Buy one get one 50% off. When I got to the register with two pairs of Wrangler jeans, they told me that sale wasn't in effect anymore. It was now Buy two get one free. Bought Cavender’s brand full-quill ostrich boots less than 6 months ago and have only worn them 19 times (I counted). Several of the nail heads are already coming up through the inner sole, causing clear discomfort every time I walk. When I called, I was told nothing could be done other than me taking them to a boot repair shop. For $400+ this is the worst investment I’ve ever made. Extremely poor quality.
