This is the forth time I have been to the Huntsville store. I have never had an employee ask if I needed help. The last time, I had to interrupt a group of employees who were gathered at the desk talking to ask for help buying a hat. I left $250 poorer, but love my hat. Today I walked past two people at least 3 times, but was as much as greeted. I was there to purchase a straw hats and to look at boots. After spending 30 min looking, and no offer of assistance I walked out. Headed to the other big western wear store now.

A+ SERVICE- The manager was excellent! My husband and I were looking for boots for me and Haley gave us great advice and feedback. She’s very knowledgeable about the different brands and was able to find exactly what I was looking for plus jeans and an air freshener 🤣 We left very satisfied and pleased with our purchase
Nice store with a great inventory. Huge selection of boots in stock. Good selection of hats. They don't stock much in high quality fur felt hats, but if your looking for wool felt they have plenty on hand for less than $150.00. You can also find a variety of straw hats. There is a limited selection of bison fur felt hats from Stetson and Resistol for under $180.00. I recommend the bison fur felt by Resistol if you want something in stock.
