I am always in great hands with Carlos at the Cavender Cadillac Service Center in San Antonio. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed to service their Cadillac. He ensures the issues are properly diagnosed and resolved. I have been using him as my service coordinator for 14 years to care for my 2012 Cadillac CTS coup. It's not cheap but it is always done right. It seems at every time I get my car serviced cost approximately $1,500.00 to $3,000.00!!!
Carlos was awesome and even made some recommendations that I have already started doing.
