From my first inquiry via email, I had immediate responses from Cavender by email and Conner Kearby was the sales person assigned to me. I knew exactly what I wanted and Conner was not only responsive, his replies were spot-on and often provided additional information that was helpful. Jason T. is amazing! When I first moved to SAT in early 2014 I came to him for a simple oil change and inspection and have not coming back. Every time I need something I try to ensure my appointment is with him. If not, I ask for Curtis. I know it probably irritates the other service managers, but I’ve built that trust with Jason! Jamar was amazing. He helped us from beginning to end. We left with the exactly what we were looking for and the payment we needed. Anyone looking for a new vehicle, go in and ask for Jamar Walker. He even fixed my OnStar account before we left.👍🏽
They now charge $25 for tire rotation which puts an oil change well over $100. This was not disclosed up front or I would of not had them do this part of the service. This was actually the main reason I went there for service and not a quick lube place. I will use Beldens or a quick lube going forward.

Adam helped me get my Toyota Camry a month ago and he was super helpful and great at leading me through the process of buying my first car. He also helped me today with putting my license plates on and saving my life when he showed me my AC was not on correctly. Thanks Adam for not letting me to continue to perish in this Texas heat!
