The basis of my frustration is inaccurate communication. For simplicity sake i will use rounded numbers. I drop my vehicle off for a few items. I am called later with pricing for those items and they give more recommendations to address. I choose to do some and not others. The person rattles off pricing numbers. Leah is the sweetest Lady, she takes very good care of you and let's you know what's going on. And the team members in service department is also great 👍 I really appreciate how they send you a video to watch what there doing to your vehicle. I highly recommend this service department. Really nice and caring people.
