WHAT IS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AT 7:30 AM AND STILL TAKING A WHOLE 8 HR WORK DAY FOR 1 TIRE TO GET PATCHED. RIDICULOUS SPENT A WHOLE DAY WASTED DUE TO POOR SERVICE
+++ great customer service. We were traveling through Weimar when our skid plate came loose. Called up this dealership since it was the closest around and they helped us out in a fast turnaround. Couldn’t appreciate these guys/gals more. Thanks yall! I’d trust them if I had a Chevy/Buick.
The service department is great! Good, friendly, helpful and professional employees. The only problem was the 2 1/2 hour wait due to the AI system used for scheduling appointments when calling the dealership. It seems that taking away the real person communication is definitely not good and not working well,
