Caveman cryotherapy is an awesome, well organized place to get high-quality cryotherapy, massages, compression, training, and more! The owner and people that work there are wonderful and also got hemp cream which has helped me tremendously. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Massage Therapist Maureen was fantastic. She checked in with me throughout the session to make sure the pressure was good. She used a mixture of relaxing, lighter pressure and deep tissue to target my areas of concern. All around pleasant environment, everyone was friendly and inviting. The lighting was ambient and perfect for relaxation. Will be back!
100% recommend. Very helpful and listened to where and why I ached. Did cryo and compression after. The pain I had in my legs- gone by the next morning. I was relaxed the rest of the night and I slept like a baby… I definitely plan to make this a part of my weekly routine for sure!

This was my first time trying cryotherapy. Calling and scheduling an appointment was easy. The guy explained everything to me before going into the tank so I knew what to expect. Once inside the tank, he chatted with me the entire time to help take my focus away from the severe cold. You are only in the tank for about 3 minutes and then that's it!
