I've been going to Caveman Cryotherapy strength and recovery for a few years. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They give people of all backgrounds the tools and guidance to recover from injuries or gain strength through 1 on 1 personal training. This is a place where you can get a great assisted workout in, and recover from a workout or injury with Cryotherapy, Infared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Compression and Massage Therapy. Caveman cryotherapy is an awesome, well organized place to get high-quality cryotherapy, massages, compression, training, and more! The owner and people that work there are wonderful and also got hemp cream which has helped me tremendously. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cryotherapy has given me so much relief and Heather gave a wonderful deep tissue massage. I will definitely be back to see her very soon.
This was my first time trying cryotherapy. Calling and scheduling an appointment was easy. The guy explained everything to me before going into the tank so I knew what to expect. Once inside the tank, he chatted with me the entire time to help take my focus away from the severe cold. You are only in the tank for about 3 minutes and then that's it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Massage Therapist Maureen was fantastic. She checked in with me throughout the session to make sure the pressure was good. She used a mixture of relaxing, lighter pressure and deep tissue to target my areas of concern. All around pleasant environment, everyone was friendly and inviting. The lighting was ambient and perfect for relaxation. Will be back!
