Do not go to this lying pathetic doctor. I even hate to use the term doctor. She billed my insurance for lab work, and procedures she never did. She told me she could help me get rid of some age spots with laser. Her nurse told me the laser gun does nothing, it’s a prop! Her office lost my lab work twice! Her bedside manner was horrible and she is straight up crazy. I wouldn’t go back to her for a million dollars. I guess her staff felt the same way. Horrible, Approved and pushed a prescription for epileptic medication when I was 16, With no prior evaluation for epilepsy. The pharmaceutical report came back and flagged an Air Force recruiter I was talking with. They declined me because of it.

I have been seeing Dr. Susan Butler Sumner for many years. The staff there are like hometown people. Dr. Su always takes her time listening to her patients and, questioning them but, genuinely listens to our concerns. She has been one of the best Doctors I have ever seen, if not the very best. Reonia works the front desk and has been with Dr. Su for many years. She is very caring and helps me navigate all the new and crazy insurances that I get boggled up in. The nurses are also good to me. I appreciate all they do.

Front desk lady clearly needs a new job. Between snapping at everything I said, to yelling my information across the room. Didn't even make it to seeing the Dr,as I walked out.

Dr. Susan should be reported and lose her license due to malpractice in medicine! I’ve never seen a doctor prescribe patients medication like she does! My mom has a concoction of medication that should not be mixed. Who prescribes patients addipex for over 2 plus years and ozempic. She is withered away and yet is still being prescribed her addipex. This lady does not care about the wellbeing of patients over a paycheck in her pocket. Do better!
