Multiple reasons... they hand out 300 notices in a day and can’t tell you what the notice is for other than the box checked on the form, the dog park is trashed, when they do “snow removal” they barely get the road at the back of the park done, you pay almost $700 a month and they don’t do yard work or maintenance really of any kind, the pool or the gym is always closed and then there are the kids that live in the area. Dog park is trashed and full of goat heads blossomed out and about to seed. Several complaints to the office with no results. Going to contact the main HQ in MI if not addressed by Monday 7-13-2020. Used to love this place. What happened? New management maybe??
