We make keys for most locks, but no transponder keys. We service & sell safes, and we repair new style as well as older discontinued lock styles & hardware. We maintain a shop for our customers, so if there ever is a problem we are accountable to our clients. We are licensed, insured & bonded and have been here in Cave Creek since 1970. I have used Cave Creek Lock & Key several times over the years. The first time was many, many years ago during a particularly scary time when I was being stalked. The owner, Bill, was enormously helpful....he installed a high security no pick lock. Very rude
The site showed open,when I called on Saturday he said he was only Monday thru Friday for 45 mins and he didn't sell locks just his laber!! I wish him the best best of luck!! But I personally won't!!
charged 275 before even starting to re key my 04 grand cherokee. when he was done the key made didn't work everytine and I have to have a 2nd key for door now.
Tried to fix front door, took it all apart, complained about having to try to fix it, put it back together and now it doesn't work at all. Was extremely rude, and wouldn't even recommend anyone who could replace it. Left before even looking at other doors saying if I'm finding someone else anyways they might as well fix them. Lol. Wow. Worst company ever.
