I can't find anything but positive to say about this business. From scheduling, to being greeted by an extremely friendly front office staff, it was an A+ business from the word go. The Doctor's exam was painless, quick but thorough. Great technology & he had a great personality. Then finishing the appointment with an awesome fitting. She had all the patience in the world & made sure that I left with what I wanted. Ultimately, this is a 10/10 recommendation from me & they earned a long time patient.
This was the first time at Cave Creek Eye Care and what a nice surprise. Dr Hawkins was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She actually called out the brand of eye plugs another dr had implanted for me 6 months ago. Renata was also a pleasant surprise. She must have showed me every frame in stock and was very knowledgeable on the lens and benefits of polarized vs non. I was so pleased I ordered 2 new pairs and will have my exams moved to their office. I could not be happier.
Every one I was involved with was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Would highly recommend.
Love this place! Been going here for years. Customer service is AMAZING and they have the best glasses selections. Docs are awesome too!
Heidi is very sweet, thorough and informative. She made me feel comfortable and the staff was helpful.
