What a treat! My husband and I attended one of Pitmaster Mick's BBQ classes. Learned some great tips and tricks to take home and incorporate with our grilling and smoking. Nice casual atmosphere. Mick did a great job instructing the class. And the food was amazing! Definitely worth the experience.
Our at-home session with Mick was amazing! He is such a pleasure to be around and a good teacher. He took initiative with most of the hard work so that I could have a fun learning experience with my friends. Everyone loved him, the food, and the goodies he brought! There were some very important tips I will be using to enhance my grilling. 10/10 recommend if that was an option!

Wow! We got BBQ Schooled today and it was such a great way to spend an afternoon. Our class size was 9 students and we had a wide range of experience. Chef Mick is a great BBQ chef and a great teacher. He kept our diverse group engaged and super well fed. We had pork ribs, brisket, burnt ends, grilled vegetables, pulled pork and grilled pizza. The food was amazing. Chef Mick is a gem and so is his school.
