I have been training at this gym for some time now and I would say coach sapna is the best . I droped 2 percent body fat percentage and about 4.5 pounds in a month. My metabolism is improving every since a started training with her . My endurance is up and these results have made my fitness journey seriously fast paced

"I've been a member for months. One cable machine has been broken for over five months. I emailed management on June 28 but received no response. We pay maintenance fees, so this is disappointing."
