The Nationwide modular homes they offer are very well built and exceed local site built codes. They are basically stick built houses that never get wet and delivered to your property. Awesome process. Check them out!!!
Beautiful homes but very expensive homes. Example: a double wide for 190,000, then 40-50k to set it up on land, then septic and well… now you are looking at $300,000 for a double wide trailer. You might as well build a house for that much. 😬 Outrageous!
Huge holes cut out in the floor for small drain/hot and cold water lines to run through. Welcome in mice and all other rodents and insects. Had a leaking drain hose on their pre-installed dishwasher that leaked down into one of those huge holes and soaked the insulation under the home leading to mold. Called their warranty dept. and of course they were not liable for anything.
We feel in love with the gorgeous Hawk's Nest I. Renee Thompson was phenomenal! Even though our property may be out of this locations service area, that did not stop Renee from providing us with such helpful information. She took the time to explain the whole process and offer her assistance going forward.
