The staff was rude and dismissive when I asked questions about the tint options. They acted like I was wasting their time. I ended up walking away feeling disrespected and still got a poor-quality job. Customer service is clearly not their priority.
I booked an appointment a week in advance, showed up on time, and they told me I had to wait another two hours because they were “running behind.” No apology, no respect for my time. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.
The tint started fading and discoloring after just a few months. It looks terrible now — purple and patchy. I was told the material was “high quality,” but that was clearly a lie. I regret going to this place.

I just took my Nissan Rogue to Cavanaugh’s for interior detailing, and it looks amazing! It smells new. And that’s impressive because it has driven around two very messy kids for years. I scheduled online, we communicated through text, they had it ready by the end of the day, and payment was easy through a link… The whole process was super smooth.
