This place is a joke. Lowe's scheduled them to fix a belt on my washing machine. This occurred on Monday and the appt was for Thursday. So I scheduled a day off from work. Cavanaugh's then called me on Tuesday to say they would have to reschedule because their repair guy was sick, and was apparently not planning on recovering by Thursday. After explaining to them that I had already taken time off from work to make this happen, they said they would work something out.
