Placed order for pool parts. Was told they would be there by a certain day "guaranteed" . Parts did not arrive on time. Owner is about the most rude person ive ever talked to for being a business owner. Very unprofessional to say the least. This was at the hopkinsville location not the madisonville location however the owner i talked to was on the phone in madisonville while his wife dealt with the in person portion in hopkinsville. I ended up going to nashville to get what i needed same day.
