Mark Cavanagh #10301217880 lacks the professional communication one would expect from a broker. When my niece expressed she is a voucher client (Ivy League graduate who is a domestic violence survivor), Mark's communication ended. She sent two follow up e-mails as she was quite interested in the unit and still nothing. The appropriate complaints have been submitted - as this is detestable behavior.
Mark conducted himself with utter professionalism and integrity throughout our apartment search process. We are extremely lucky to have met him. He was thoughtful and open-minded at every step of the way, and his flexibility and creative thinking is what landed us with exactly what we needed.
