I am so delighted to have met Bill and Diane from Cavan Designer Stone when I moved to Peterborough (in the middle of COVID no less). I needed work done inside and outside of my home and of course suppliers and people were in short supply. They were genuinely enthusiastic about my projects and we started small with the stone and mantel for my fireplace. As a masonry contractor i use cavan designer stone as my main supplier for all my cultured and natural stone veneers. There staff is always friendly and provide the prompt service and quality products for my business. highly recommend this company !

Delivery was a mess. Driver was very unpleasant and in a rush. We tried to speak with him on how to properly back in to the lot, but he didnt want to hear it. Ended up tearing out holes in my gravel driveway. They need to take their time and survey the lot quick before backing a load that size up.

Be careful! They don't take returns so be sure on what you buy. I tried to return some items that I bought by mistake and they lied to me saying that they had to put me on hold to speak to a manager. She came back and said that the manager declined the return. When I asked to speak to the manager she said that they weren't available. I asked her, "You just spoke with her?" She hesitated and said , "Oh that was someone else, you were denied return last week ." It is written on the receipt that sales are final but considering ... read more
