Terrible communication and false promises. Strongly encourage people to use another mortgage company.
I wouldn't waste your time. I was ill-advised and misguided from the beginning of the lending process. I was given pre-approval status and worked all the way through the process only to get denied after signing a contract on a home. I was completely transparent as to my specific situation and kept them updated on any changes. It's as if they weren't even paying attention. This isn't the place for first time home buyers.
