I had a good experience staying here. The room was neat and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The hotel was clean and had a comfortable vibe. The location was convenient, which made my stay even better.
I don't write reviews often, but after nearly three years of trying to redeem a written promise from this hotel, I feel like other people deserve to know what they might be getting into. Back in 2023, after some real issues during our stay--an erroneous minibar charge billed to us, slow restaurant service, and a balcony light that was out and never fixed--management responded to my review by offering a complimentary future night. I had a lovely experience. The only downside was this particular thursday evening- they had live music. It was awful and loud. Music kept me up past 10pm (are there no quiet hours?) It’s a party hotel, i wouldn’t recommend for relaxation.
