One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a hotel. My family and I booked a room after our AC stopped working at home. Around 8:30 PM last night, our AC went out at home, so we booked a room at The Cavalry. When we arrived about an hour and a half later, we were informed that we could not check in because I was under 21 years old. I then asked about a refund, and both the front desk clerk and the manager, Autumn Lavender, told us that there was absolutely no way to receive a refund. A home away from home. One of the most relaxing and peaceful couple of days. Perfect for an anniversary getaway. A treat for travelers and locals alike. If you live here it’s the perfect break you need without the stress of traveling. Everything was exceptional.
Excellent service and great location
My husband and I did a staycation at Cavalry Court over the weekend. The hotel was super cute, furnishings were on par with the ambiance of the hotels military theme. It's walkable to the movie theater and local eateries. The hotel staff was very welcoming, and the hotel amenities were great. We are so glad we had the opportunity to stay here.
