Zero communication after appointment made. The day of the appointment also zero communication. Tried calling multiple times no answer. Got a text notification they had canceled. No reason why and not sure why since they won't answer the phone. I'll just find an HVAC company that will actually answer the phone and communicate the day of the appointment.
