I’ve been a C&S client for years and I always appreciate my agent’s responsiveness. Kim is an email or phone call away when I’ve got questions or need to make a change, so I recommend C&S and Kim if you’re looking for a new agent or need to shop for coverage.
Very expensive and they don't pay attention about nothing. They total my care .Very bad company.
I met Kim for the first time when I went to the office to switch my insurance agency. She was very helpful at that time, and subsequently, she was very responsive and prompt at my questions and request with a policy change. I'm glad with my decision to switch to CS and pleased with my experience with Kim. I'll be most likely moving my other policy to her as well.
C & S Insurance is the best agency in the Attleboro area. The staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Five stars are not enough. Ten star ⭐️ insurance agency.
Horrible Horrible agency.... changed my policy without notifying me, increased my rates without permission, neglected to send me my bills and never notified me about any bill or late fees and they have both my personal cell and email on file.... they were super eager to call and email before signing me and then they took my money and neglected to do their job!I
