Hands-down the Best Auto Body Shop in the West Chester/Chadds Ford PA area. Took my hit n run 2019 Mercedes E-300 4MATIC to Cavallo based on Google reviews. My car looks just like when I picked it up at the Mercedes showroom. Really happy with the whole process, dealing with insurance, car rental, updates on repair status and very helpful with my insurance company during the claim/estimating process. Great service. Went in thinking I was going to need what looked like a long scratch on my front fender. After looking at it the saw that it just needed to be buffed out. They did it while we were there at no charge. This is the third time we come here and have been very satisfied every time.
I would give 10 stars if it was possible, I will never go anywhere else. The front end of my car was damaged by an uninsured driver, now my car looks better than it did before the accident!
