My fiancé and I used Cavallo for repairs through an insurance claim to our 2020 Tesla, after an unfortunate accident left our car in pretty bad shape. My fiancé worked with CJ through out the entire process, and only had amazing things to say about his experience. CJ was very easy to contact and communicate with during the repairs, and we had updates on the specifics regarding our vehicle the entire time that our car was in the shop. Service was top tier…. My rental was there waiting for me, I was in and out and off to work. Frank was AMAZING, he communicated every step and was vert personable. My one and only place to go as they specialize in foreign vehicles.
CJ is the best and so helpful. Great communication and excellent work done to my car. I never had to worry when my cars were in their hands. Cavallo Auto Body is a top tier body shop. If you care about your vehicle and it's appearance. There is no other place to go. Most body shops will not take care of your property the way that you would like. They use sub-par non OEM parts, or junkyard parts. If someone isn't right, or doesn't work, they will just rig it.
