The whole passenger side of my vehicle was side swiped and it was really devastating. My uncle Alex told me I must go to Cavallo Auto Body and have CJ take care of my car. It’s a really far drive from me (1.5 hours) but my uncle said if I want the best repair to the point where you could never tell it was damaged… I must take it there. Boy was he right (as usual). After a horrible experience with my '20 Lexus being damaged by airport parking (avoid Parking Spot in Newark!) and a runaround from their insurance, Frank stepped in and handled the repairs and communication with their insurance. Professionalism, communication, courtesy and quality work all off the charts. Cavallo has my highest recommendation.
We have had to use this Auto Body shop three times in the last two years. Frank has offered exceptional service helping us navigate and get all OEM parts to repair our car when the insurance company tried to use the after market parts. His daily communication kept us up to date on the progress of the car. They also thoroughly detailed the car, which is a nice addition.
The absolute best service I've ever had with a body shop. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. The quality of the work was outstanding — my car looks like new again. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service.
I have had to use a body shop a few times - about once every five years. Cavallo always takes perfect care of my car. Their communication is top notch. They know how to make sure your car is fixed properly (not just to the insurance company standards). The shop has herringbone laid brick floors that I would be honored to eat off of.
