A 3 y.o. furnace blew up! I called the company after the fire dept. and having another company come out to quote and analyze rather it was a problem with the gas feed or otherwise. The problem is with the unit and/or installation. In calling Cavallero, the company representative "couldn't find any servicing" until I started giving HER the service order numbers. They insisted on charging to come out and look at the exploded unit. They do not stand by their services and products.
