Thermostat broke after 1.5 year in brand new house, then schedule for 3 weeks and charge too high, I was living in a house for 20 years and thermostat never broke, and this is Honeywell supposed to be the best. They keep me waiting I cancelled, I called the company I work with last few years they scheduled me for two day and half price of diagnose fee.
After being quoted an asinine figure by Goettl, I was referred by several people to try Cavallero. I am so glad I did, as the service we received from Cavallero was excellent. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and the price was much more friendly to our savings account. The biggest standout was they didn’t at all come off as scammy salesmen. Cavellero Heating & ac are great! They installed my mini-split system that has been working fantastic. Also, they just proved to be great for a repair for a coolant line leaking a little water and fixed it the next day! Mathew the technician was professional, focused and knew just what to fix.
