I've lived here for about 23 years and I've never been so upset in my life over them cutting down my beautiful tree in my back yard. They left a crazy awful mess that they need to clean up and the they hit the house in the process. All the workers there are irresponsible stupid and do dangerous things. I'm pregnant and one of the workers almost ran me over with their vehicle, didn't let me finish crossing and they violated my privacy when I was in the bathroom at the pool. NOT COOL.
Mainly go here to drop off or pick up a friend. I haven't been here after dark. It is a 'normal' mobile estate but not one of the nicer options available. Homes here go for about $425k - mainly because the beach is in 'walkable' distance. However, the walk to the beach is all uphill.
