We have had the absolute best experience with Cavalier. We found them on Etsy and purchased a men’s wedding band in February 2022. Unfortunately, the ring cracked in one place in May 2023. I reached out to Cavalier and told them about the situation. They sent us a brand new ring with an epoxy that will ensure the same thing doesn’t happen again (even though we were outside of the one year warranty window). We loved the ring, but we're having a pretty hard time getting ahold of customer service. Despite the fact that they sent us a ring sizer and he was a 10.5, the ring they sent was too big. My husband even double checked with another Jewlery store in person and they said he was a 10.5. I previously had given Cavalier a poor rating and I would like to retract that mistake. I thought Cavalier had mess up but found that the mistake was me. Cavalier has been totally professional and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
