Quality of build was good, main issue is house sits 150mm out of ground with slab exposed. Now with bottom of fence 150mm lower than house how do I get near level path around house. Also I was advised from Scott, one off Cavalier owners, house would take 5-6 months to build and it looked very much this way 4mth in then it took 10months. The project manager off site was communicating every 2 weeks as to what’s has happened and what’s next, which was great, then after 3 months this stopped and it was like pulling teeth to find... read more
