We have been in our new Cavalier home for almost a month. The build staff and quality was excellent from start to finish. Liz was very thorough. Susan’s knowledge was comprehensive. Ryan P communication was professional. Ryan C was highly experienced and very accommodating. Overall our experience was professional, comprehensive and superb. We would recommend Cavalier without hesitation

Very pleased with my new cavalier home. after nearly 2 years of waiting for the land to be completed by the developer. Cavalier engaged with me throughout the whole process and was quick to act on any post contract variations due to supply shortages. Once construction was ready to commence it took 20 weeks to go from site cut to hand over.

I built my first home with Cavalier Homes in 2022. They not only built my house but also helped me to crack a good land deal during pandemic in 2021 when the demand for land was at its peak in Bendigo. Starting from the pre construction stage through to the final hand over and even after that stage i.e. defect liability period, the support that I’ve received from Cavalier Homes is tremendous. I went through all of my Preliminary Works for a house and land package with Cavalier Homes Bendigo. Lisa is the greatest sales consultant you could ever have. From our very first phone call, I felt that she was a friend and nothing was too much trouble. She is incredibly professional, responsive and all round wonderful.
