So grateful for the help provided by Alexis! She was so friendly to deal with, never pushy, very informative, and patient in answering the many questions I had (and in a very timely manner too!). She seemed genuinely excited helping me to craft a custom ring, and was eager to follow-up afterwards to ensure everything was perfect with the ring.
