He called exactly on time and the customer service throughout was excellent - I was kept informed at every stage with timeline updates, drawings, and 3D renderings. The final ring is exactly what I hoped for, and I’m very pleased with the quality and fit. It even came with an appraisal document for insurance, which I really appreciated.
