From the first conversation with Alexis, there was no pressure, just thoughtful questions and interest in getting the details right. The design process was collaborative and a rendering was sketched prior to making the order. I purchased a beautiful wedding band from Scott at Cavalier. He was very inviting, knowledgeable and professional and helped make the process as smooth as possible. I'm very pleased with the ring we picked out and am excited to wear it on my Wedding day. Their selection of rings are great and they always have something new coming in. And they are made in Vancouver, woo woo to local!
I’m very upset that we didn’t match with a salesperson that would walk us through the process and guide us selecting my engagement ring. Our experience was not great as we didn’t receive much information/help about anything; deciding, selecting, ordering etc. In the end, we had to ask for a business card and leave since there were nothing more to do except looking at the same rings on the display. Their designs are gorgeous but unfortunately our experience was not.
