Let me preface with I cannot speak on the mechanical work they do, they may be the best in chesapeake for all I know. I would like to speak about the lack of customer service I experienced. It was great! They came and got my truck at work and brought it back to me at work. Oil changed, tires rotated, and it got a bath and was vacuumed. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Jeri, for getting it back to me quickly!

I brought my F-150 in here to get warranty work done on the driver side mirror camera a few weeks ago. I picked the truck up and noticed while driving home, that the mirror housing components were not put together completely. The front plastic piece was not secured in the plastic trim around the mirror and the piece holding the camera was not installed correctly. Called them twice. Asked for a quote and assistance. Was told twice someone would call me back. Never received a call back.

Very accommodating for a last minute service! Without an appointment, I was able to drop off my Transit for an oil change & tire rotation. They worked it in & called a few hours later. Can't ask for anything more.
