Excellent service, we were so glad to work with Chris Holland at the service center. Our car needed a lot of work and it was fixed in a day, The turn around time was fast. They did some extra things for us and saved us a lot of money. I would definitely go back here.
This place will break something on your car to get you to spend more money…. Watch out coming here.
Let me preface with I cannot speak on the mechanical work they do, they may be the best in chesapeake for all I know. I would like to speak about the lack of customer service I experienced. I dropped my truck off, with a few specific concerns on a Monday and was told it would be there at least a few days because it was not a scheduled drop off, that's completely fine and I understood. It was great! They came and got my truck at work and brought it back to me at work. Oil changed, tires rotated, and it got a bath and was vacuumed. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Jeri, for getting it back to me quickly!
I brought my F-150 in here to get warranty work done on the driver side mirror camera a few weeks ago. I picked the truck up and noticed while driving home, that the mirror housing components were not put together completely. The front plastic piece was not secured in the plastic trim around the mirror and the piece holding the camera was not installed correctly.
