Dropped off my car for oil change and state inspection. Sandi in Express Service was so kind and provided quick, outstanding service. If more of Cavalier’s service writers could be like her, they’d all be getting 5-star reviews. Sandi was wonderful!
I love this place specially the service department. They are super nice and extremely helpful. Every time I stop by they take great care of me and my big ol' wheels😊
Terrible customer service the minute I walk in the door, so to speak red flags, choosing another location of Ford, my business was not valued with respect
