Dont waste your time making service appointment. It means nothing. Had appointment for 8:30 AM at 2 that afternoon still hadn't started on service of truck. They said a lot of work came in but what about my appointment made the day before. Poor excuse. And never offered a solution to the problem. Wasted whole day, but it was a learning experience for me, I will not go back for service or next vehicle.
Being new to the area and seeing the reviews for this dealership I made an appointment for a safety recall. Unfortunately I didn't see that there was this separate entry for the Service Center. Whilst everything could have gone well and been concluded to everyone's satisfaction, it didn't. This simply because of the unprofessional, passive aggressive behaviour of the service employee dealing with my appointment. If I could give zero stars I would. They have now had my vehicle (service) for 42 days with less than stellar communication. Worst experience ever but they sure did take my money to the tune of $3500 up front for parts. Im going to leave a very detailed review with timeline of events once im more calm and have written everything up im sending to the Attorney General and Ford Corporate. Day 42...and they still have my property.
Rolled in with my '21 f150 with what I think is an ignition coil issue and they literally told me to go to AutoZone that he could not diagnose because the guy with a handheld was on vacation. Great Ford service, guys! I see why you have a 2.7 star rating... Which is way too high. Compete waste of time!
Terrible service! Walked the lot twice and received no help. Used Car sales Manager Jerry was nasty. I’m not sure how they feel about African American customers but they weren’t welcoming at all. Mentioned it to new car manager Drew same poor customer service. Not sure the reputation of this dealership but I left with not one sales even asking me did I need help.
