When they 1st did our floors we will admit they looked beautiful. Several months later 1/3 of one of the rooms started to looked flat. The lovely shine was gone. After several phone calls I got a call back & was told to put varnish over that area myself. The second room, which wasn't the color I had originally wanted turned yellow. I did call again but no return calls. Now the floor that had dulled, has bubbled & is peeling. I would call again but probably will get nowhere.
