Property is covered in DOG FECES and dead rodents, inept unresponsive Property Management, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX My response to yours: hire a company to clean up then - you obviously won’t and as you stated - you can't rely on the residents, figure it out! More and more new piles dog feces appear daily that it's piling up at this point, the is on the path to being an uninhabitable property.
I did a virtual tour on a Wednesday, spoke with Mike the manager and decided to book a one bedroom apartment. He sent me the application and had me pay a holding fee of 200$. I submitted both the application and the fee the same day and had time stamped emails to prove it. I had a missed call with no VM the next morning from the apartment complex. I have lived here for a little under year now and I regret every day. I moved in and the toilet was broken they still have not fixed, they don’t do maintance at all they never answer the phone and I got sick 3 times from the water because they don’t clean the pipes. I have images of the water coming out the sink straight black. I got my car towed 3 times when I had the pass visible, I payed 100 for the pass just to get it towed and pay 500 the towing company said they saw the pass too but the apartments don’t answer the phon... read more
