The new management (changed in jan,2015) is very disorganized. We informed the staff before vacating our apartment. A few days later we returned to collect our postal letters and we were shocked to see a notice on our door. It stated that we did not pay the rent. Two accounts of energy services were for two different apartments were created on my name. The services are bad. We did not have hot water for two weeks.

Besides being overpriced for not having many amenities (but it is Boulder, so that is expected), this place is great! The staff is amazing, and they will get almost anything done for you on time. Some neighbors seem a little sketch, but for the most part there are some great people living here - who range in all ages and occupations. I would recommend this place for sure.
My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 months ago and so far we love it! Staff is great, maintenance is helpful and friendly (always goes out of his way to give our pup treats!), apartment is clean, nice wood floors, okay appliances. Private entrance is one of the best things, plus they give you 2 parking spaces and one visitor parking pass! This is almost unheard of at many other places in the area.
