Went three days without hot water in the shower. The first day they said nothing is wrong. The second day they “sent someone out” but nobody ever showed up. The third day they finally came and said relief the shower isn’t getting hot. It took three guys to swap out a shower cartridge. Then they used off brand parts and left the shower a mess. Overall this place sucks and is not worth $1500 a month for a one bed one bath.
The maintenance team is a joke. They take months to fix the smallest things. Save yourself the headache—the management here is incompetent and always Shorthanded.
