BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! PLEASE!! That’s the BEST advice I can give you. THIS PLACE IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS !!! This many people are not lying. You have to request maintenance SEVERAL times for one request to be fulfilled. If you stay consistent with your maintenance request, they will try to flip it and try to get around actually fixing the problem by suggesting ridiculous and borderline insulting solutions. Very disappointed with the management. There is a persistent water leakage issue in my apartment, with water entering the main bedroom and causing damage. Despite multiple complaints, no permanent fix has been provided—only a one-time inspection. This has now become a safety concern, as my daughter slipped due to the water on the floor. Additionally, washing machine repair issues have also been ignored. Overall, poor maintenance response and lack of accountability.
I basically live here around golf view drive. I don’t come here consistently because I’m a truck driver whom stays out for months at a time… I usually come here once every 3-4 months… I am a biracial female. I have heard very negative stories about a few of the council members I’m sure I just had an encounter with one of them….
