Very worst apartment and careless people in the office where I have been requesting for AC repair since few days now it’s heatwave where the temperature is 91 at my home. When I ask them, they will always be ready to talk in disrespectful way and to fix issue ,first they will start with apology for the inconvenience but the issue will never be fixed. I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this apartment. There is extensive water damage, stained ceilings, peeling paint, and what appears to be mold throughout the unit. There is also a strong, unpleasant smell that makes it difficult to stay in the apartment. I have young children, and I am very concerned about their health and safety. AC is not working for a year and they are sending us this email now… It is hotter inside than outside. If anyone is looking at this review, just think for a moment analyze yourself and see how comfortable are you with basically no maintenance, ac problems for a year, and you are told to keep waiting while they are sorry. Being sorry doesn’t fix my problems, if it fixes yours you are welcome here.I mean just look at the email they sent, it was sent to every tenants so you can verify with every tenants what’s going on here.
If you are considering moving here, please protect yourself and look elsewhere. I took possession of my apartment on June 16, and every day and night since has been a nightmare due to a widespread insect infestation. Pests are constantly crawling on the ceilings, walls, floors, and kitchen surfaces.
