They don't maintain their plumbing after every lease ends. Which has eventually led to drain plumbing to clog, flooding in apartments and washer dryer stopped working across community so beware and ready to get your cloths laundries somewhere else and live with drainage water smell from constant flooding in your apartment.

Take my experience into consideration before thinking about signing a lease here. A few years ago, I lived here and had a great experience. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. First, this apartment complex has a serious insect and cockroach infestation problem. For the past few months, we have had multiple rounds of pest control, yet the problem continues.
