Penny in the office is very rude & has no idea how things work in the company , she can never give you a clear answer on things & always try’s to downplay you as if the question you are asking is dumb .
I wish I could give them zero stars. TL;DR: Be ready to suffer in 80+ degree heat or pay out of pocket for your own A/C unit. Management is negligent and borderline predatory. I moved into this apartment last month, and from day one it was clear something was wrong—the place was insanely hot, despite the A/C being set to 68°F. The thermostat read 78°F. Lived here for 5 years and moved out around June of this year. I have to say, this complex was always safe to walk around at all hours. They maintenance everything right away when I had any issues. And weeks after moving out, they called me about a package I received at my old apartment & held onto it until I picked it up. I only moved out because I bought a house but I loved the scenery of this place and their commitment to keeping it clean. Pool is never open on time or day it’s nice out. Can’t call to ever say anything about it. Has been open maybe a hand full of days.
