Zero stars if I could. I lived here for three years, and after the property manager changed, things got significantly worse. The current management does not care about tenants and kept my security deposit while also charging extra for simple, normal wear and tear. Be very careful—this feels like a pattern. Cavalier Apartments has gone downhill, and my recent experience proves it. I reported a simple appliance issue weeks ago (more than 10weeks) and, despite multiple messages and follow-ups, Management did nothing. A technician came once, said he had the part, and never returned. When I called for help, a receptionist told me they were “doing me a favor” because they had 800+ tickets ahead of me. Cavalier Apartments has declined significantly, and my experience has been deeply disappointing.
